I haven’t seen Synedoche, NY yet and I don’t know if I am going to. I might be too fat, lazy, and American for challenging movies anymore.

Zune
Oh yeah, picked up a Zune today. I’ll drop my thoughts on it after I’ve put it through its paces. So far, I’m digging it.

Taking Advantage
It was a beautiful day today. I’ve spent the majority of the day with all the windows open in the apartment, clearing the place of the winter dank.
It is getting closer to dusk now and the air is getting chilly, but I refuse to close the windows. Shannon is out of town, so I’m taking advantage of having total temprature control while she is gone.
Women, ladies, and girls,...

Tonight, Jack has made his move and is determined to put his anus in my face.
I like to watch TV from the floor. I get tired of sitting upright, so a stretch on the floor feels good.
Jack loves it when I’m the floor and nuzzles the hell out of me. He relentlessly rubs across my face, always stopping with his butt in my face. Its rarely explicit. Most times its the side of his butt. Tonight...

Bye Bye Blender Magazine :(
This is too bad. I always felt that Blender did a great job of giving due to all music, in all genres, on both sides of the indie/mainstream divide. While I was never a big fan of its pin-up style covers (it was in the Maxim family of magazines, afterall), I really enjoyed its perspective on music stardom, celebrity, and the industry overall. Unpretentious, readable reviews and a snarky sense of...

Gadget fight go!
For some reason I want a new MP3 player. I’m torn between the iPod and the Zune. The iPod is a trusted name in quality. The Zune is cheaper and has an FM radio built in. The iTunes software is amazing. The rules I can add to a playlist are long and deep, but I’ll never use more than 1/3 of them. Its bloated, just like the iTunes store, which at one point in time used to get all my...

Reasons I don't get reblogged (often)
My blog’s content sucks. Hard.
I don’t have very many internet friends.
I think, feel, and say things that are truly unique. So unique, that no one else thinks, feels, and would say any of the things I post.

NYT: Teenage Girls Stand By Their Man →
Dear America,
Stop raising idiot people.
wadcity:
This is very depressing. It gives the impression that about half of teenage girls opining on the Rihanna-Chris Brown situation blame Rihanna for the incident.
Quoting teenagers in chat rooms and on Facebook discussions is one thing, but there is some data to back it up:
“In a recent survey of 200 teenagers by the Boston Public Health...

'Wii Fit girl' resurfaces as EA Sports Active... →
Remember the video that hit Youtube.com of that woman playing the hula-hoop game on Wii Fit? She became a small internet sensation, hitting 2.7 million video views, and creating a few blog posts on how tasteful/distasteful it was for her boyfriend to post the video behind her back.
Well now she is a spokesmodel for EA Sports Active, a non-Nintendo made Wii game in the same vien as Wii Sports.
