Hours apart, mom and dad both charged with drunken driving
Police said he registered above the 0.08 percent blood-alcohol limit. He had his 12-year-old son in the car with him. The boy called his mother to pick him up, but when she arrived with her 9-year-old daughter, she also was found to be above the legal limit, police said.
