Avengers teaser, extended.
Much better.
If I’m at your place during the Super bowl, I require absolute silence during the Avengers trailer.
I came home to a huge pile of comics and after reading I just had to come on and tell you all that Wolverine and the X-Men is my new favorite comic. Each issue has had a big ol’ pile of fun. It’s one of those books that reminds me why I love comics and I can’t recommend it enough.
In Avengers and New Avengers, Brian Michael Bendis continues to write entertaining, character driven stories about Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Norman Osborn is plaguing both teams and both books have been entertaining, especially after the boring run of Fear Itself tie-ins. One thing, Daniel Acuna’s artwork is not working on this book. At all. Not even a little. It didn’t work for me on Amazing Spider-man either. I really hope he goes away.
Justice League #4 was good. Miles Morales’ origin is finally finished in Ultimate Spider-man. Catwoman continues to be a fun read.
Today's erection, is brought to you by the debut of the 'Avengers' trailer
Seriously, the quickest way to my heart is through a trailer with NIN music in the background.
It’s pages like this that make me like John Romita Jr.
The Avengers cast at SDCC

I think this is the most male-orientated cast Joss Whedon has ever had. Where is the lithe, plucky blonde with the power to save the entire world… or destroy it.
I think Jeremy Renner is perfect casting for Hawkeye and I always dig Mark Ruffalo. The big question marks left are the films leading up to Avengers: Captain America, and Thor. If those flicks pull it off, then I think we are all in for a treat come 2013 or whenever this flick comes out.
I’m guessing the villains will be something as opposed to someone. My guess is that it will be the aliens from the Ultimates which were some Skrull-ish, shape-shifting Nazi’s.

More Captain America awesome-ness. Also, dig that sound effect.
