I’ve been scratching my head for a while, wondering what the hell ever happened to the Black Panther cartoon that was in production from BETÂ Networks. It just never came out.
I did some googleing and found that its going to drop as a motion comic on Zune and Apple store. Its based on the most recent relaunch and retcon of the series, which sucks, but I’m excited to see John Romita Jr.’s artwork in motion.
Okay, this video/commercial by Sean Combs is over the top ridiculous. I love some swagger and ego in my hip-hop, but this is over the top.
In watching this video, however, I thought that if you took away the swagger, the “look-at-my-rich-shit” closeups, and added some ferocity and intensity behind Sean’s eyes, he could pull off T’Challa, King of the sovereign nation of Wakanada and chieftain of the panther, in a Black Panther movie.
How good does this look?
