Madthoughts just made my day! He told me how to do a screenshot on my iPhone. I may have peed a little with giddyness.

I’m here to teach you to fish.

Low tide for my (helio) Ocean

Ugh. What an awful title.

So my phone is starting to go on the fritz. The screen is taking its sweet time in lighting up, if it all. I don’t think I will have a lot of options for myself in the meantime. There are no Helio stores to get a repair, which means shipping it out, likely at my own expense, and being without my phone for who knows how long.

If you’ve seen me with my phone, you know I use it mostly for texting, email and web surfing. Without my Ocean, I feel pretty naked, cold, and terribly alone.

Worse yet, I have about another 6-7 months on my contract, which means I can’t simply jump to a new carrier— at least without dropping $175.00 to get out of Helio.

I love the Ocean despite its many flaws, and Helio overall has hassle free payment plans, but from what I’ve seen of the Ocean 2, I think I’m going to end up a iPhone owner. The question is simply when.

Reading that quote above made re-sparked my iPhone jealousy

Want to switch to the iPhone?

Get ready to pay out the ying, then a little more out the yang. At&t’s pricing plans are slightly, “out-da-fuckin-mind.” Use the link to see what it would cost me and kittykittybangbang to switch.
